Brian Gochnour has been the Director of Lending and Finance at The Boyer Company since 2000. He oversees all aspects of construction and permanent financing as well as other financing for The Boyer Company’s development projects. Brian has closed on average more than $300 million in financial transactions per year for the last four years. Typically, Brian has three to five projects in the pre-development stage at any given time being processed for construction financing. As properties are stabilized, Brian solicits and closes permanent financing for the projects. Before coming to The Boyer Company Brian worked in Commercial Real Estate Lending with Zions First National Bank. Brian received his Bachelors of Economics from the University of Utah and his Masters of Business Administration, with an emphasis in real estate and finance, from the University of North Carolina. |
