Before joining GDS in January 2006, Mr. Giambagno was Chief Financial Officer of Bowne Global Solutions, a division of Bowne & Co. Prior to that he served as Vice President of North American operations and various finance roles for Berlitz GlobalNET, a division of Berlitz International, and as an Audit manager at Deloitte and Touche. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Giambagno holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Rutgers College and an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management. |
