Professor Brian Collins Head of Information Systems Department, DCMT, Cranfield University, UK. Professor Collins's current personal research center on the design and engineering of structured, secure and dependable knowledge and information management processes and systems using next generation information and communications technology (ICT). He is currently a Vice President of the British Computer Society. He was one the technical advisers to the DTI on a Foresight Cybertrust and Crime Prevention project, and as an Associate Fellow of RIIA Chatham House he is advising on Future Global Security issues. He also has held the position of Director of Technology at GCHQ. |
