Mr. Chang is responsible for the operations of designated subsidiaries. He is based in Beijing, China. Mr. Chang has over twenty years of business development experience specializing in operations, finance and acquisitions. Formerly, Mr. Chang was a business development executive for Cargill Incorporated where he participated in establishing the first joint venture in China for the company. In addition, he held a similar position at Softbank International where he was involved with acquisition strategies for the Asia market. Mr. Chang obtained his undergraduate degree at Zhong Nan University in Hunan Province, China and obtained his MBA from the University of Minnesota. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the Tianjin Nankai University School of Management and is a member of the National Committee on U.S. China Relations. |
