He heads Bayview’s legal department and is responsible for all legal matters concerning the Company, its affiliates and the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Bayview in 1999, Mr. Bomstein served as the corporate/real estate counsel for Atlantic Gulf Communities Corporation, a national, publicly owned real estate development company. Mr. Bomstein received a Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University. |
