Mr. Boje serves on the Advisory Board of Legacy Capital Advisors. Mr. Boje has extensive experience in insurance including, sales and marketing, regulatory affairs, financial management, underwriting, and actuarial reporting. Mr. Boje co-founded Benicorp Insurance Company, a provider of group health and life insurance. Mr. Boje was involved in all aspects of the business with primary responsibilities including operations, compliance, and information technology.
Benicorp grew from a startup enterprise to a company licensed in 28 states and gross revenues of approximately $100 million. Mr. Boje previous experience includes the Indiana Department of Insurance where he served as Deputy Commissioner in charge for consumer services. Additionally, Mr. Boje was General Council and VP of Operation for a group carrier and General Council to a long-term disability carrier.
Mr. Boje graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and a Juris Doctor from the Indiana University School of Law. |
