Brian has extensive experience in commercial real estate loan origination, asset valuation, and real estate project analysis. He came to us after serving 14 years with Citigroup in Southern California. As Vice President, he re-opened Citibank’s Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate lending unit in 1998, hired a strong staff of originators, and established significant relationships with the mortgage brokerage and investment community. His experience in commercial real estate and finance spans over 22 years in both the California, and Texas markets. Brian is a graduate of the University of Texas where he received his BBA in Finance. He also has certifications from the MIT Center for Real Estate (Advanced Real Estate Finance), Appraisal Institute, and Citicorp Global Finance Institute. |
