Mr. Bathurst has extensive experience in several technological areas including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, hardware, software and e-commerce. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Bathurst held positions of increasing responsibility in the biochemical manufacturing, clinical research and strategic operations groups for Genentech, Inc.
