Brian Baker is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Silicon Valley office. Brian is a member of the Intellectual Property, Media & Technology Department where his practice focuses on intellectual property litigation as well as life sciences & biotechnology matters.
While in law school, Brian competed on various Hastings Moot Court teams. He also spent a summer studying international law and the World Trade Organization (WTO) at Seikei University in Tokyo. In addition, Brian spent a semester working as a judicial extern for the Honorable Martin J. Jenkins of the Federal District Court of Northern California.
Brian received his bachelor’s of science degree in microbiology and gained additional experience as a laboratory and research assistant for graduate students at UCSD.
Brian is admitted to practice in California.
