Brian Ruddell heads the Corporate Practice Group in the Peoria, Illinois office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC and he is a member of the firm's Management Committee.
Brian is primarily responsible for qualified retirement plans and employee benefits, health law, and corporations and tax-exempt organizations.
Prior to joining Husch, Brian was a partner in another Peoria, Illinois, law firm. From July 1976 through October 1977, he served as a staff attorney in the Office of the General Counsel of the Department of Defense for which he received the Department of Defense Commendation Medal. Before that, he was an administrative law attorney in the Office of the Judge Advocate General of the Navy for which he received the Navy Achievement Medal.
Brian was voted as a 2007 Illinois "Super Lawyer®" in the area of Employee Benefits/ERISA.
