Brian Schmidt is a director with Katz, Sapper & Miller and has been in public accounting since 1994. Brian provides tax, accounting and consulting services to a wide variety of businesses and has direct experience supervising tax services for large partnerships. These services include: preparing tax returns, prepping financial statements, tax planning and strategies, financial assistance, mergers and acquisitions, and business plans/forecasts and projections. Brian is a member of KSM’s Life Science and Technology and Emerging Business Practice Groups.
Education:
Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy degree with a tax concentration from Miami University.
Associations and Community Involvement:
Brian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society and the Ohio CPA Society. Brian also serves on the Board of Directors for School on Wheels.
