Professional Profile
Brian Hameder is a partner in the Chicago Office of the firm. Brian focuses his practice of Intellectual Property law on the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications covering a wide range of mechanical and electrical arts. He also has extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting design applications throughout the world, and advises clients on issues relating to patent infringement, validity and enforcement.
Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked as an intern and engineer at an energy consultant and design engineering firm. While in law school he was a registered patent agent and interned at a law office.
Brian has prosecuted patent applications relating to medical devices, household consumer products, building construction, automotive and industrial components, plumbing fixtures, etc. Brian's practice/technology area includes the mechanical and electromechanical arts. |
