Brian W. Goshen joined AXIS Capital in January 2006 as Chief Human Resources Officer. Mr. Goshen has over 20 years of professional Human Resources experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, he was Vice President of Human Resources at Fifth Third Bank. Prior to Fifth Third, Mr. Goshen was a Managing Director with Marsh, a leading insurance broker and risk management consulting company. During his eight years at Marsh, he served as their head of Human Resources for their North American operations and for their Asia-Pacific operations. Prior to Marsh, he held a variety of professional Human Resources positions with the United States Army, Goldman Sachs and the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation.
