Brian Flanagan's practice focuses on litigation and providing general representation of businesses and individuals. Additionally, Mr. Flanagan handles both residential and commercial real estate transactions and land use matters. Mr. Flanagan has represented clients in a range of commercial disputes, and in disputes about the conduct of fiduciaries, particularly in connection with estate matters. Mr. Flanagan has obtained injunctions from New Jersey courts to protect confidential information, financial accounts, and other valuable assets for the benefit of businesses, estates, and individuals. Mr. Flanagan has negotiated a variety of business, employment, land use, and real estate agreements, and has counseled clients about these matters. Mr. Flanagan resides in New Providence, and has been active in volunteer organizations and activities, including service on the Borough's Planning Board since 1999.
