Brian Moore has served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors since the Company’s acquisition of Mettis in June 2003. From April 1999 to June 2003, Mr. Moore served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mettis Group Limited, the parent company of Mettis. From April 1994 to March 1999, Mr. Moore held various positions with EIS Group plc, including Chairman of the Aircraft and Precision Engineering Division, and from 1987 to 1999, Mr. Moore served as Chief Executive Officer of AB Precision (Poole) Limited. Prior thereto, Mr. Moore served in various management positions at Vanderhoff plc, Land Rover Vehicles, Bass Brewing and Prudential Insurance, and as the Financial Director for a subsidiary of GEC Ltd. (UK). Mr. Moore has qualified as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (the qualifying body for mechanical engineers in the United Kingdom) and as an Accountant with the U.K. Chartered Institute of Management Accountants |
