Brian S. Hucker is of counsel in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Chicago office. As a member of the Trial Department, he practices extensively in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance coverage, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights litigation matters. Brian also works extensively with health care industry clients on licensing, Certificate of Need, insurance and other regulatory matters and defense of complex equipment and construction design matters.
Brian is a member of the Litigation Section, the Health Law Section and the Business, Banking and Bankruptcy Section of the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
Brian is a member of the bars of the State of Illinois, the U.S. District Courts of the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois and the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Trial Bar of the U. S. District Court of the Northern District of Illinois, and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth, Seventh and Eleventh Circuits.
