A 25-year veteran of semiconductor finance and operations, Brian McDonald is responsible for all finance, human resource, and information technology functions at AnalogicTech including investor relations, internal corporate governance, and global ERP (enterprise resource planning) system support. Previously, he served as vice president of administration and CFO for Monolithic Power Systems, where he was instrumental in closing a $17 million Series D private funding round. Prior to that, Brian was vice president of finance and CFO at Elantec Semiconductor and he served as vice president and CFO at Mattson Technology. Brian has held financial and operations management positions at several Silicon Valley companies, including National Semiconductor Corporation, Read-Rite Corporation, and Micro Linear Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Administration from Santa Clara University. |
