Mr. Henry was born on July 26, 1956 and admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan in 1982. Mr. Henry holds a B.A. in philosophy from the University of Michigan Honors College and a J.D. from the University of Detroit.
Expertise
Mr. Henry has 25 years experience as business and legal advisor to entrepreneurs, real estate development firms and financial institutions. Much of his practice is concentrated on business and real estate law, particularly in the areas of negotiation and documentation of real estate and business transactions, condominium developments and commercial lease properties.

Mr. Henry is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan where he is a council member of the Real Estate Section and former chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee. Mr. Henry is also a member of the Oakland County Bar Association.
