Law Practice Brian Michael Seltzer is a Member of the law firm Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C. and a Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice attorney. Mr. Seltzer joined the firm in 1981 and became a Member the following year. His practice includes all phases of civil litigations, including pleadings, motion practice, disclosure, trials, appeals and enforcement of judgments, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. Mr. Seltzer has extensive trial and appellate experience, with a special concentration in real estate litigations, title and lease disputes, corporate and stockholder’s actions, construction contract actions, mortgage and lien foreclosures, commercial contract actions, zoning administration and judicial review, multiple landlord-tenant litigations, and securities litigation.Professional Profile Prior to joining Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C., Mr. Seltzer was a senior associate of the firm of Dreyer and Traub from 1976 until 1981. As the senior litigation associate of Fink, Weinberger, Fredman, Berman & Lowell, P.C. from 1974 until 1976, he rose to head of the department. Mr. Seltzer is a member of the Arbitration Panel of the Nassau County Bar Association and of the American Arbitration Association.
