Brian counsels public and privately-held companies on employee benefits issues that affect their business. His representative experience includes drafting welfare and pension benefit plans and summary plan descriptions, as well as assisting with ERISA compliance and litigation matters. He also advises clients with respect to plan structuring and administration issues. Brian served as an extern for The Honorable Sam H. Bell in the United States District Court (Northern District of Ohio) and participated in the Saint Petersburg Summer Law Institute program in Saint Petersburg, Russia. He was a law clerk with Nurenberg, Plevin, Heller & McCarthy Co., L.P.A from 1997 to 1999 and an attorney with the firm of Duvin, Cahn & Hutton, L.P.A from 1999 to 2001.
