Brian M. Moore is a Detroit-based Dykema litigator and the firm's Assistant General Counsel. His extensive litigation experience has resulted in many successful outcomes for national and international corporations in state, federal and appellate courts throughout the United States. Mr. Moore works closely with each client to understand their business and litigation objectives in order to create and implement a cost-effective litigation strategy.
Mr. Moore's primary emphasis is in the area of commercial litigation. He handles commercial real estate, business, and tort litigation matters for clients in many sectors, including real estate, automotive, accounting and financial advisory services, banking, insurance, construction, consumer products, retail, and transportation.
Mr. Moore's practice is multi-faceted as he has extensive experience in the area of pharmaceutical drug and medical device litigation. Significant pharmaceutical and medical device client representations include AstraZeneca (defending anti-psychotic medication Seroquel), Wyeth (defending "fen-phen" diet drug claims), Bayer, and Johnson & Johnson.
Mr. Moore is on the faculty of the Michigan Institute for Continuing Legal Education where he lectures in the Litigation Boot Camp and Trial Advocacy Programs. |
