Brian is an Assurance and Advisory partner working out of our San Francisco office. He serves privately-held audit clients in a variety of industries with technical accounting, financial reporting and business advisory services. Brian also heads up the Firm's stock option consulting practice serving both public and private companies, primarily in Silicon Valley, and speaks nationally on the subject of equity compensation. Brian also provides litigation support services in family law and business litigation matters. Brian received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Syracuse University and is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the California Society of CPA's. |
