Brian M. Flaherty practices in the areas of business and commercial law with an emphasis on construction and real estate litigation. He represents owners, developers, contractors, banks and various governmental entities. Matters handled by Mr. Flaherty include contract, construction and real estate disputes as well as the negotiation and enforcement of complex development agreements. Mr. Flaherty also represents construction and design professionals in administrative proceedings.
