Brian M. Cato - Director since March 21, 2006. Mr Cato's background is in the call centre management industry. He was Vice President of Operations for S&P Data from 1994-2000, where he was responsible for the day-to-day performance of all inound and outbound campaigns and had total P&L responsibilities. Mr. Cato then became Senior Vice President of Call Centre Management and Client Services for ICG Communications, a Denver-based telecommunications company from 2000-2004. At ICG, he had full responsibility over sales, marketing and P&L both from a strategic and performance standpoint. Mr. Cato also served as General Manager of Onlinetel Corp. from 2004-2005, where he had full sales, marketing and P&L responsibility. |
