Brian L. Palmer, Vice President, is an experienced econometrician specializing in economic litigation involving antitrust, class certification, corporate finance, damage calculations, and intellectual property. Dr. Palmer has provided complex economic and quantitative analysis for legal proceedings concerning pharmaceuticals, finance, consumer products, computer technology, transportation, energy, retail trade, labor, and environmental issues. He has also served as a testifying expert in cases involving healthcare, financial, labor, contract, and antitrust disputes. Dr. Palmer previously taught at MIT and at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. |
