Description of Practice:
Brian L. Kintz is a senior counsel located in our San Diego office in the Real Estate and Retail departments. Focusing on transactional real estate matters, Mr. Kintz has represented a variety of landlords in the leasing and disposition of office, industrial, retail, and mixed use-developments. He has also represented a variety of financial institutions as tenants in connection with the leasing of office and retail locations. In addition to leasing, Mr. Kintz has represented numerous clients in the acquisition, development, and sales transactions of shopping centers, industrial projects, office buildings, and other commercial and mixed-use projects.
Mr. Kintz was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2000 and is also a member of the American Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association.
Educational History:
Mr. Kintz received his Bachelor of Arts in Government from Cornell University in 1997. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2000. |
