Brian K. Waxman is a co-founder of Applefield Waxman and director of its investment operations. Mr. Waxman has extensive experience in the South and Central Florida commercial markets. Mr. Waxman specializes in transaction administration, structured finance, investment syndication, and zoning, regulatory and governmental approvals. Mr. Waxman is a transactional attorney and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Mr. Waxman is a member of the Palm Beach County Land Development Regulation Advisory Board, the Economic Council of Palm Beach County, the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County and the West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority. Mr. Waxman also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Loggerhead Marinelife Center and the Benjamin School. Mr. Waxman, his wife and children reside in Jupiter, Florida. |
