Mr. Victor represents underwriters, issuers and asset managers in a variety of structured finance transactions. He is experienced in CBOs, credit card, mortgage and auto securitizations and securitizations of unique revenue streams. He has advised on receivable warehousing transactions and has handled several dozen whole loan purchases of residential mortgage loans.
