Brian Rodgers is a Senior Associate in The Plasencia Group’s Western Region and is based in San Diego, California.

Prior to joining The Plasencia Group, Mr. Rodgers worked for HVS International, where he performed asset valuations, market studies, feasibility reports, development consulting, and investment counseling throughout the western U.S. on hospitality assets valued at over $1.75 billion.

Mr. Rodgers also worked as a member of the opening team at the Four Seasons Resort Aviara, assisting the General Manager in a variety of special projects.

He received a Master's degree of Management in Hospitality (M. M. H.) from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California at San Diego.
