Mr. Fowler has tried over 135 cases. He has extensive experience handling Workers' Compensation matters in the government sector. His case experience includes amputations, back injuries, body system injuries, bruises and contusions, carpal tunnel syndrome, chemical burns, contact with objects and equipment, cumulative trauma, cuts and lacerations, falls, fatalities, fractures, head injuries, heart attacks, heat burns, infectious diseases, lower and upper extremity injuries, multiple traumatic injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, neck injuries, paraplegia/quadriplegia, permanent disability, pulmonary disorders, respiratory conditions, skin diseases and disorders, sprains, strains, breaks, tears, tendonitis, transportation incidents and property damage claims.
He clerked for the Honorable Charles Shangler of the Missouri Court of Appeals in 1982.
Mr. Fowler is a member of the American Bar Association, Litigation Section, the Missouri Bar Association and the Kansas Bar Association. He is a frequent speaker at Evans & Dixon client seminars and CLEs.

Mr. Fowler is active in youth sports and enjoys coaching baseball, basketball and football for Catholic Youth Organization and 3 and 2 Baseball, for which he was voted 2000 Coach of the Year. He also serves as vice president of the Homes Association. |
