Mr. Donahue joins Convergence CT with extensive experience in accounting and finance with large, multi-national corporations. His most recent position was with Hewlett-Packard/Compaq Computer Corporation, managing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and minority investments for the Technology Services Group. He was also the Strategic Finance Manager in the Office of the Chief Technology Officer/Corporate Research, where he was responsible for all aspects of Compaq’s Research and Advanced Development group in developing research projects into commercially viable business opportunities, business planning and investment grade financial analysis. Mr. Donahue has also held a number of accounting positions including that of Controller for Digital Equipment Corporation’s Network Products Business Unit and Chief Financial Officer of Digital’s Consumer PC Group. As Convergence CT’s Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Donahue is responsible for Personnel, Finance/Accounting, Investor Relations, Facilities, and Corporate Operations. Mr. Donahue received his MBA and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth. |
