Mr. Rhatigan is a partner in the Firm’s Tort Defense Group. He focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense matters and has extensive experience in commercial, professional and personal injury litigation. He has taken over 165 cases to verdict (jury, bench, courts martial) and has represented clients at hundreds of administrative and quasi-judicial hearings. Mr. Rhatigan has served as a Neutral Case Evaluator in the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia. He served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves until 1984, achieving the rank of Major.
