Brian Swift joined Security Research Associates, Inc. in 1989 as Director of Research, and in 1998 was elected to Chairman and CEO.
Before joining SRA, he was Director of Corporate Finance with Henry F. Swift & Co., a San Francisco based brokerage firm, after having earlier served as its Director of Research.
Specializing in small-cap and micro-cap companies, primarily in the software and semiconductor sectors, Brian has developed extensive experience in research, trading and sales to compliment his investment banking activities.
He is a member of the Security Analysts of San Francisco, Financial Analysts Federation, a participant in American Electronics Association conferences for more than 30 years, and has developed extensive relationships with corporate managers, institutional investors and high net worth individual investors over his career. |
