Mr. Muse is an associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Group. He focuses his practice on counseling, mediating, arbitrating, and litigating matters involving employment issues such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. He has also successfully litigated business tort matters involving non-competition agreements, non-solicitation agreements, and corporate trade secrets in multiple states and jurisdictions. Mr. Muse also has significant experience in litigating and arbitrating complex construction cases for contractors and owners, including claims for delay and defective specifications. Mr. Muse also counsels employers to assist them in avoiding litigation and governmental investigations. This includes providing onsite training and seminars to clients addressing anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies, and drafting and reviewing employment contracts and handbooks.
