Brian Jackson has extensive experience in the preparation and trial of cases in state and federal court. Although he has recently concentrated his practice in products liability and health care litigation, he has a broad range of experience in other areas, including insurance coverage litigation, professional malpractice cases, catastrophic personal injury cases, ERISA litigation and contract disputes. He has tried bench and jury cases to verdict in state and federal court and has argued many times before the Tennessee Court of Appeals, the Tennessee Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. He has particular expertise in issues concerning expert witnesses and Daubert law and practice.
