Brian G. Carroll is a shareholder in Godfrey & Kahn's Corporate and Business Practice Group. He has more than 20 years experience in business law matters and business succession planning. He also has extensive experience in commercial transactional matters, including real estate development and leasing, as well as business and operational aspects of health care providers. He has expanded his legal practice to include Tribal Law and environmental issues.
Mr. Carroll received both his undergraduate and J. D. degree from Marquette University. He is the former president of the Waukesha County Bar Association and is an active member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. He serves on the Board of Directors for WCAN (Waukesha County Action Network).
