Brian F. McDonough joined Drinker Biddle in 1981, became a member of the firm in 1988 and practices in the New York office. His practice is focused on the area of securities litigation in defense of securities brokerage firms, accounting firms, and a wide array of other financial services industry firms and professionals. He has appeared extensively in the federal and state courts of New York and New Jersey, in arbitration proceedings before all of the major self regulatory and private dispute resolution organizations, as well as in state and federal regulatory proceedings.
In General. Upon his graduation from New York University, he clerked for Chief Justice Robert N. Wilentz of the New Jersey Supreme Court. He is a member of the Securities Industry Association Legal and Compliance Division as well as the Federal Regulation of Securities Subcommittee of the American Bar Association, where he previously served as editor of the "Annual Review of Securities Case Developments," which is published in The Business Lawyer. |
