Brian MacNeill is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petro-Canada. Prior to that, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Enbridge Inc. (pipeline business). He is also Chairman and Director of Dofasco Inc. and a Director of the Toronto-Dominion Bank, West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd. and Telus Corp. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Financial Executives Institute. He is also a Fellow of the Alberta and Ontario Institutes of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Corporate Directors and is Chair of the Board of Governors of the University of Calgary. Mr. MacNeill is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.Comm.
