Mr. Amery is responsible for managing the firm’s securities litigation and regulatory practice group, which provides a wide range of legal services to the securities brokerage community. Mr. Amery’s individual practice focuses on the representation of brokerage firms and their representatives in litigation, arbitration, Securities and Exchange Commission, state and self-regulatory proceedings. Mr. Amery also counsels his clients on a variety of business and legal issues that impact the daily operation of their businesses. Mr. Amery is a member of the Securities Industry Association Law and Compliance Division, the American Bar Association Broker-Dealer Litigation Subcommittee, and the New York State Bar Association Broker-Dealer Committee. He is a former Chester Borough Councilman and member of the Planning Board, Trustee of the Far Hills Country Day School and a former adjunct instructor in corporate finance and business management at Ohio University and George Mason University.
