Brian is a member of the firm's corporate law section. He focuses on venture financing, mergers and acquisitions, and general business law. Before joining the firm in 2007, Brian worked in corporate finance and business development. Brian graduated with high distinction from Indiana University, where he majored in accounting and finance. He received his J.D., with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a member of the Entrepreneurial Law Association.
