Mr. Bayley was the Chief Executive Officer of Quest Investment Corporation a public asset backed lender based in Vancouver. Mr. Bayley was also the co-founder of Quest Ventures Ltd. a privately held asset backed lender based in Vancouver specializing in bridge loans and arbitrage. Prior to Quest Ventures Mr. Bayley was President and CEO of Quest Oil & Gas which was sold to Enermark Income Fund for $147 million in 1997.
