Brian Krasicky is responsible for corporate finance and debt restructure transactions. Prior to joining O'Keefe & Associates, Mr. Krasicky was the founder of Sawyer & Finn, LLC, a consulting firm focused on Organizational Design and Financial Transactions. Projects included serving as a General Portfolio Manager identifying and integrating new acquisitions and establishing operating standards for a residential property fund. Financial Transactional analysis included real estate restructuring projections, purchases and sales. Corporate Organizational projects included retained search assignments for a General Motors troubled supplier COO and numerous CFO positions. He was also instrumental in designing and staffing entire finance teams for many local Detroit companies. |
