As Vice President Consumer / Pro Division Brian Towne oversees all business activities for DTS in the consumer electronics and pro audio arenas. He brings many years of product development and marketing expertise in the consumer electronics industry to DTS. Before DTS Brian was Director of Product Management for Kenwood USA's Consumer Electronics Division where he spearheaded home and mobile entertainment product planning and development. Fluent in Japanese Brian worked and lived in Japan prior to Kenwood USA and held various R & D and marketing positions for Pioneer Electronics. He holds a B.S. in Engineering Technology from California State Polytechnic University Pomona and spent seven years in the military in various technical and research positions. |
