Mr. Bichy focuses his practice on the representation of condominiums, cooperatives and homeowners associations of various sizes throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia. He represents both developer and homeowner controlled associations and is experienced in drafting governing documents for community associations. Mr. Bichy works closely with the firm's developer clients to draft governing documents and other recording instruments, and to ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements. In addition, Mr. Bichy has successfully represented community associations in local trial courts and administrative bodies, such as the Montgomery County Commission on Common Ownership Communities. Mr. Bichy is an honors graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and joined the firm after practicing five years with Chadwick, Washington et al. where he focused on the representation of community associations. Mr. Bichy has been a featured author for the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of Community Associations Institute publication Quorum and is a member of the Publications Committee. Additionally, he is involved as a member of the Legislative Committee where he is involved in the process of creating and monitoring local and state legislation affecting community associations.
