Mr. Kemp is LCA's Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. His current responsibilities include securing and developing manufacturer relationships, implementing private label programs, overseeing LCA's business development, sales and marketing management teams, and maintaining major account relationships. Mr. Kemp is also instrumental in identifying new market niches and generating new leasing programs to distinguish LCA in the leasing market place. In 1992, Mr. Kemp joined LCA as a sales representative and has been a significant force behind the development of standard procedures to ensure a smooth sales process. Mr. Kemp also was instrumental in other achievements in 2005 including the generation of more than $38 million in sales.. Previously under the direction of Mr. Kemp, LCA's efforts have proven to be of such great value to Motorola and its independent dealer network that LCA was awarded Motorola's coveted Pinnacle Award. Accolades have also been given to LCA for the implementation of the 12 Month 0% Interest Program for Motorola for their two-way radio products.In addition to two way radios, LCA provides financing for vehicle tracking, wireless security systems, automotive equipment and office equipment, as well as infrastructure and test equipment. Mr. Kemp has established significant relationships with virtually every major vendor of telematic products in the United States and Canada. On Mr. Kemp's horizon is a major thrust toward establishing relationships with major manufacturers in the ATM, automatic vehicle location device arena, security, and other market niches. Developing and launching new promotional programs to distinguish LCA and its manufacturer relationships will also be a top priority for Mr. Kemp in 2006. Mr. Kemp received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan in 1992. |
