Brian Kane serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Intermodal Segment. Prior to his current position Mr. Kane served Pacer Stacktrain and its parent company Pacer International through various positions including Corporate Controller of Pacer International from November 2003 until October 2006 Vice President and Controller of Pacer Stacktrain from May 1999 until November 2003 and Director of Financial Reporting from May 1998 until May 1999. He was Vice President Finance for the Shell Martinez Refining Company from November 1996 until May 1998 and Controller for Southern Pacific Transportation Company from April 1990 until November 1996. Mr. Kane earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at the University of Virginia. |
