Mr. Warwick's real estate practice focuses on all aspects of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and developers in real estate matters. Mr. Warwick represents clients before the United States Congress on a variety of issues involving financial institutions. Mr. Warwick also represents financial institutions and health care clients in the negotiation of vendor contracts.Prior To Maynard Cooper:Mr. Warwick has extensive federal legislative experience, having most recently worked as an attorney-advisor for the United States Department of Justice, Office of Legislative Affairs. His relevant areas of focus included antitrust, national security, military commissions and law enforcement components within the Department. He also worked as legislative counsel to the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary, Subcommittee on Administrative Oversight and the Courts. |
