Brett Weigl is responsible for bringing new products and services to market, as well as ensuring the functionality and enhancements of Certain Registration. He has ownership for driving strategic technical partnerships, as well as developing strategy for future solution suites. Viewed as an expert in training and customer service, Mr. Weigl has contributed to Training + Development (T+D) and Business Travel News (BTN) publications. Mr. Weigl joined Certain in April 2004 and was appointed Director of Client Services in December 2004, with responsibility for all aspects of customer care, including technical support, event design services, project management, and customer training. He brings more than 14 years of experience in technology to the Certain team, with experience in technology consulting, implementation, support, and training for clients and partners such as Nabisco, Citibank, Nortel, Novell, and Reckitt & Coleman. Mr. Weigl has experience as a Sales Engineer and West Coast Training Manager with Identix, Inc., a leading provider of biometric technology. Mr. Weigl holds a Bachelor's Degree from Drew University in Madison, NJ. Jonathan Dodson Chief Information Officer Jonathan Dodson brings more than ten years of experience leading information technology initiatives. Mr. Dodson joined Certain in 2002 as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2004, he became the Chief Technology Officer and in 2007, Mr. Dodson was appointed CIO. As CIO, he sets the technology strategy for the company, oversees technology infrastructure, and coordinates operations of Certain’s core applications. Previous to joining Certain, Mr. Dodson designed, implemented, and managed several enterprise systems for public utilities, leading internet networking manufacturers, and other private businesses. He brings expertise in advanced security and encryption technologies and is responsible for achieving and maintaining Certain’s certification for Payment Card Industry (PCI) Level 1 for service providers. Sought after as an expert in data and e-commerce security, Mr. Dodson has been featured in CIO Magazine, as well as speaking engagements at Meetings Tech Expo (MTE) and other industry conferences. He has a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Reed College in Portland, Oregon. |
