After specializing in Retail Tenant Representation and working in Boston for several years, Brett has returned home to focus on the growing commercial real estate market in this region. He is the leasing agent on developments with Dranoff Properties, Rimas Properties, Killian Properties, and Enterprise Heights among others. Brett’s most recent transactions included Bobby Chez (1352 South Street), Euphoria Café (1352 South Street), DuJour (Symphony House), Polaris Nails (City View/Fairmount), Budget Rent-A-Car (Havertown and Frazer, PA), Subway (1100 South St.) and Red Wing Shoes (Cherry Hill, NJ).
Brett has closed deals with: CVS, Subway, Red Wing Shoes, Budget Rent-A-Car, Polaris Nails, Euphoria, Bobby Chez Seafood and Crab Cakes, DuJour Restaurant, Corner Bakery Café and Bang & Olufson among others.
Prior to joining Legend Properties, Brett was a licensed real estate agent for Browne Realty Advisors in Boston, MA. While at BRA, Brett exclusively represented retail tenants such as CVS Pharmacy, Staples, Chipotle Mexican Grille and Hess Oil.

Brett currently is exclusive tenant representative for Subway (Philadelphia & Delaware Counties, PA), Avis/Budget Rent A Car, Wireless Zone (SE PA, S NJ, DE), New England Hot Dog Company and also works with GNC, Ace Hardware, Euphoria Café, Hausbrandt, Peace A Pizza and Cupini’s in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.
