Brett joined NorthMarq Capital in January 2008 when NorthMarq acquired Crouse & Associates where he was employed since 2002. Brett is responsible for the cultivation of new borrowing and lending relationships, and the origination, structuring, placement and closing of various types of financing for clients. Brett is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.
Prior to joining Crouse & Associates, Brett worked as a Financial Analyst at Square D Company in Knightdale, NC and as a Financial Consultant at RSM McGladrey in Raleigh, NC. Brett received his B.S. degree in Business Management/Finance Concentration from North Carolina State University in 1997. Brett is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, The Asian American Hotel Operators Association (AAHOA) and the Triangle Area Office Building Association. |
